Our services

You fly inte the predefined airport on your own tickets. We take over from there.

This is what we do, if not agreed otherwise:

Before your arrival:

  • Interview you on your preferences regarding golf, accomodation, activities, level of budget, areas of interest etc
  • We propose a full itinerary with a program for every day during your stay (golf, activities, dining etc) and give you an indicative fixed price and final specification what is included and not
  • The itinerary is discussed and amended back and forth a few times until the itinerary is agreed with the final fixed price
  • We do all the booking of accommodation, tee times and activities
  • We do the pre-arrival payment deposits for you when that is needed (and you pay us a corresponding advance deposit)
  • You benefit from our discounts on rooms, green fees etc.

On arrival and during your stay:

  • Pick-up at the airport and drive you to first stop on the itinerary, normally this is to your accommodation
  • Our minibus and your HGT host/driver, who lives in the area and has local knowledge, is dedicated to your group during your stay and can advise you where to eat and much more
  • We drive you to and from everything on the itinerary every day such as golf, dinner, castles etc.
  • If you want to, your HGT host will also help organize group competitions, be your starter, caddie for you or be the groups fore-caddie.
  • If you prefer, the host will either join you for golf, dinner & activities or leave your group alone and just do the driving – this is all up to you, but we are there day- and evening time if you want to.
  • We drive you back to the airport

This means you save a lot of time by not having to do any bookings of cars, accommodation, tee-times and activities.

Also you save the cost of having to rent one or several vehicles, which can be very expensive around bank holidays, sometimes with unbelievable prices. Also you don’t have to bother about driving on the left hand side and you can take advantage of the fact that no one in your group has to drive, so everyone who wants to can have a drink after golf or with the dinner.

And with our local knowledge you will have a better chance to find, do and see the things you appreciate the most.
